If i float across a river, or run across a field do I get a special prize? Why do they say this land was originally mexico and think that means something to anyone?

We took any land Mexico had by kicking their asses fair and square.If you want to make it a best of 3,go ahead start a war with the United States.I hope you enjoy the climate further south.
Quit being such wimps.Although it must suck when 80% of the country you're trying to sneak into doesn't want you there.

No, the land was originally owned by native americans, and your forefathers were the 'illegal immigrants' who floated across the atlantic and stole it. Killing all the owners for good measure too. A few mexicans looking for work seem harmless enough compared to what your ancestors did.

Possible reasons:
The people who hire undocumented workers don't take the law seriously --> there are plenty of jobs for such workers!
It's only a misdemeanor for the workers, it's not a serious felony.
The illegal immigrants need or want to make better money to feed their families.
Some parts of southern TX were once Mexican territory but were claimed by the US after the Spanish American War -- people don't seem to forget these border disputes!.

No matter what people say, the Mexicans want our economic wealth. And the Latino culture is too corrupt to create their own in Mexico.Everything else you hear in this debate is pure liberal & latino propaganda. You don't see "Anglos" running into Mexico illegally like a moralless culture...If they come in here, It will be just like down there! Look at the slums they have already created!Remember you can't argue with a moralless person.You don't just decide you get to live somewhere just cause your a loser.

Many immigrants take the chance because they have better odds of success in the U.S. Remember, Europeans were immigrants at one time. Did any of them check with Native Americans to make sure they were here legally?

Oh and also poor economy makes my people come over as your great grandparents did to make a better life for themselves, just that some people come in illegally. Ask your pastor, priest or elder and see what they say.

because the US appears to them as a successful country, and now they want to lay claim upon it. I haven't heard anyone say another 3rd world country is theirs. If the US has the same economy as say.... India, you think mexicans would still say the US is originally theirs?
