2-8oz bricks of cream cheese at room temp.
2 bunches green onion finely chopped
1/2 pound (give or take) diced ham (lunch meat from a deli is fine)
1-2 cups finely shredded sharp cheddar
Mix together and form into a ball (if you wish, or place in a nice serving dish) Chill at least 1 hour before serving.

Here's the recipe, this is a good one and very easy! Very tasty!

Layered Crab Dip

Ingredients:
8 oz. (250 g) cream cheese (not the spreadable kind), softened
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup chili or cocktail sauce
7 oz. (198 g) can crab meat
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Instructions:
Mix cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice together. Spread in a shallow serving dish. Spread chili sauce over top. Drain and rinse crab and spread over chili sauce. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with assorted crackers.

ok heres a different but really good recipe. cut your cheese (mammoth cheddar works well) and meat (try hard salami, sliced) into a cube approx. 1 inch by 1 inch. if you want cream cheese in there too put it inbetween every couple of layers. then slice off the corners of the cube until it resembles a sphere. enjoy!
