how can i get an emergency loan even if my credit is damaged and i have no job?

my husband in nigeria scammed me out of my business and money...in order to get my money back i need to go to court in nigeria now...i have no current job and my credit is very damaged....my daugther would make the loan payments for me...she is trying to help me.,..how can i find a lender or someone to help me...i have searched everywhere and i am ready to give up

I doubt that anyone would loan you any money unless you have real estate to put up as collateral.
