i have just started a new school and there is a boy in my form i really like. i really want to ask him out but im 2 scared to. can any1 help???

No one can help...you just gotta do it. The more you do this sort of thing the easier it gets. It's like jumping off the high-dive for the first time. The more you stand at the edge...the more scared you get.
Just take a deep breath, walk up to him and say Hi, my name is _____, I am kinda new here... Would you like to go out on Friday night and maybe see a move or something?
Just do it.

RESPECT YOURSELF
Dont be loud, dont swear after every two words you speak, if you dont agree with something he says (you dont hafto pretend) and OBSERVE HIM like dont stalk him but notice the little things that will let you know if you like him or if you just think he's cute.
notice who he hangs out with, notice if he has a bad reputation, notice if he respects girls, notice if he likes to show off infront of his friends, notice if he is a different person around different people...
After ALL of this either he would ask YOU out, or you will find out if he is just not your type? The things that take time are the ones that are always worth while

you havent been at the school long enough to know him good enough to "like" him. ((that is not me...that is my friend that just typed that..:) ))
now here is my advice:
Get to know him, act normal. You are new and don't know him well enough yet. Don't ask him out yet. He would probably say no. Just wait, and get to know him((like i said)).

First get to know him! Talk to him. See what hes like how he treats you etc. etc..Become his friend first. and then everything will fall into place the way its suppose to be!

Investigate first..try to find out more about him..what he likes and dislikes..then , you will probably not be so nervous because you will know him better..then make sure you don't ask him when hes around his buddy's..good luck

since you're new and all, just go up to him and ask him a question regarding the school or something then just start talking to him.. ask him something like "can you show me where this class is?"
