Ha! My buddy in college did that. He went out in a loin cloth, beard, sandals, crown of thorns (barb wire) and a 7 foot wooden cross. The cops saw him carrying it down the street and said "Uh-uh. Take that home, you could hurt someone with that." He looked at the cop, completely dead-pan and said "You're telling ME that?" Even the cop had to laugh.

Not at all.
We should all imitate Jesus as much as possible in everyday life.
Besides, nobody burns anybody at the stake anymore.
Why should it matter if it was blasphemy or not?
