Our society is very evidence based. Culturally, Americans have eliminated the mystery of faith in our quest to answer every question (like Yahoo.) But the truth of the matter is that even if confronted with overwhelming proof, most people would still not believe. As humans, we don't want to confront our own internal issues of power and priority. Each person believes that they are in power and have top priority in the universe, in which God does not fit our plan. Fortunately, God is really in charge and not us!

We are taught from birth, that most things can be proven in plain eyesight, you wouldnt learn 1+1 = 2, if you didnt have 2 apples in fornt of you. Our perception id trained fromthe eye with our parents and education system, Although i am not against education and glad for the knowledge, yet we are not taught that there is another realm of understanding, a higher realm, that if left untapped, can be detrimental.

Because they are afraid to let go of control. They are afraid of what they can't hold and see so they decide to not believe in it at all. When GOD is in control of your life all is good and right!

Faith is hard to swallow for some - faith is the evidence of things not yet seen. For me, faith is everywhere, everyday, but some do not see it. I didn't for 33 years - there is hope.
