Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.

Yes! have got 4 times and there is a huge difference. Though it may depend on the type of laser that is used, I have used the pulsed light laser with great results. It alsod depends on you skin and hair coloration, it is best if you hair is several shades darker than your skin, and works better on mid to light skin. Good luck1

yes it is permanent. Sherri Lynch a radio personality has had this done to her under arms and does not have to shave the "pitts" anymore.
