I am 32...started to get spots in late 20's for the first time..used baby lotion all my life..I also use L'oreal products, when I get spots I use distilled Witch Hazel, put some on cotton wool and dab your face with it every night..it works!! Also use a clay face mask once or twice a week, also the obvious drink plenty of water..chocolate doesn't affect your skin like many people think..you don't eat too much greasy food and take if you can a suplement called Starflower Oil, similar to Primrose Oil (Ifound that brought my skin up in little lumps) its great for mood swings (PMS!) and fantastic for skin!!

There is a natural remedy to your problem as told by my mom. During bath use the flour of 'Channa Dal' which is available readily in all leading departmental stores. take the flour in a bowl, pour enough water so that it becomes a paste. apply on the spotty areas and slowly rub it. continue the practise for a few weeks and you will see a difference. Most importantly eat a lot of green vegetables and drink plenty of water. Dint expose your skin on the sun and if you live near an industry which produces chemical allergens please move out. all the best.

The best bet is to go and see your GP - they can give you prescription medicines that can help.

There are also some other general tips - basically anything that will keep you healthy in general should, to some degree at least, help your skin - so you're doing well by drinking lots of water. but you should also avoid fatty/greasy foods, eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, exercise lots - but when you do make sure you shower really soon afterwards - you know general how to stay fit and healthy stuff! it'll help your skin too.

How about your diet? Do you eat a lot of chocolate? Or sugar stuff or greasy stuff? They say that contributes to it as well. Also keeping your hands away from your face helps too. Good luck!

I usually find Neutrogena products good, but really, anything with salicylic acid should work...

And don't forget to moisturise!

ask your chemist for quinaderm ( I think thats how you spell it ), just try it what you got to loose, and take no notice of the first stupid answer, try washing your face in cold water, and dont use a lot of soaps. good luck.
