hi I'm 13 and i been begging my dad for 2 years to get me a small puppy. He finally said yes. I really want one and can't seem to find one for free like i was able to in the past so I am hoping for someone who reads this will have a free puppy for me. Surely your local paper has several ads of this type. Also, the pound has a nominal fee for the veterinary costs involved (Spay/neutering & vaccinations) and if the under $100 fee is too expensive, then getting a free puppy and having to pay full price for vet bills for the same above services would also be too expensive. Thinking about a free pup and NOT spaying or neutering and vaccinating it? If so, you shouldn't own a pet!
