A Christian should emulate Christs behavior. A Christian should have the Holy Spirit living in him/her. A Christian should treat everyone he/she meets with love and compassion. A Christian should be giving and self-less (focused on God and not on self). Unfortunately, Christians are still humans and struggle with human behavior and all too often fall short of the glory, but that is why Christians can't judge others either. A Christian should be defined by his/her walk with Christ, and should be a beacon of light in a dark and sinister world.

I became one of The True Christian Faith on May 6th 2000 at the age of 53. I can tell you for certain that a True Christian is one who has come to God in The Way God proscribes and received His free gift of Salvation. And become one of The Body of The Church of which Jesus The Christ is The Head.

This is not an "idea" this is fact. From the Truth of God's promise to all who have come to Him

There are more who think they are, and in truth are lost, than there are those who are Truly of The Faith.

No one can come to God in their own way... only in The Way God proscribes

I accept email questions concerning the basics of The True Christian Faith. All honest questions will receive an honest answer to the best of my ability

A christian is a person who accepts that Jesus is the Son of God and accepts that He is the only way to salvation and forgiveness of sins. Just living a "good" life will not bring about salvation-only complete belief in Jesus Christ. A christian should live in such a way that they reflect Christ to the world.

One who follows the teachings of Christ. Simple, huh?

The message of Christ can be summed up in a few commands:
1. Love one another
2. Fellowship
3. Discipleship
4. Baptism
5. Giving
6. Communion
7. Repent

Christianity is not complex or full of ritual. True Christianity is simpe, reproducable, and can be easily multiplied.

I think it means that I believe Jesus was the Christ, the son of God. God is love. A Christian is someone who accepts forgiveness, then steps into a process of learning to become more like Christ. Strong, compassionate, patient, gentle, loving, kind, full of hope and joy, wise.... it all takes practice, though...

Christians have confessed Jesus Christ Lord & believed in His atonement for their sins & the resurrection. They are then born of God.

They are then a baby christians with all sins washed away by Jesus blood.

Then they renew their minds in the Word of God. They are overcomers & victorious over old sinfuld ways. They grow in God's Word & mature in Christ. They trust & obey God. If they sin, they confess their sin to Jesus, who is faithful & just to forgive them their sin & cleanse them from all unrighteousness. It is imposible for those born of God to abide in sin (make it a comfortable habit) because of the Holy seed within. God will discipline His children.

Christians are at different ages from spiritual birth to maturity. Though maturing in Christ is continual.

Christ-like. One who not only professes to know what Jesus said to do but actually practice it in the real world everyday. There really are some out there, you just have to look beyond the posers.

Someone who believes that the resurrected Christ lives today and believes that He continues to communicate via revelation to those who reach out to Him. In this way, Christians will know how to behave and act and what His will is for them.

A Christian is a follower of Christ. One who has repented and has been forgiven of their sins through the shed blood of Christ on the cross. Jesus is our example as to how we are to live our lives. The greatest commandment of Jesus is to love your neighbor as you do yourself. We strive daily to do this.
