Hey folks, here is you chance to tell it like it is. My point is it's a stupid idea that could really turn a mountain ...into a volcano; spewing fire and destruction everywhere. Don't say it won't happen. It may! Speak your piece here and now ...the walls have eye's and ears and a finger on your pulse.
It's my personal opinion that all Hell will break lose. At first in small ways and then in much larger ways that will effect us all in a not very positive way. That's assuming we all survive it.

THIS IS TO, a few of the people who posted here. Besides the language, I hardly find Mexicans and Americans to hold much cultural differences at all>>>>>>Besides maybe work ethic, as compared to our younger American born generation with Mexicans today, AND before. Mexicans have been working in this country a VERY long time. I feel if you looked up history, you would understand this. Also, if our hospitals are going bankrupt (I am assuming you are implying because illegals cannot pay) Maybe you should really take a look at supply and demand-and who's making the money-passing the bills, or placing on the ballot for bonds the vote to GET these hospitals there in the first place---I know by ME-in Tucson ( a "border" town) they were going to close ONE hospital due to not enough patients-but a bond kept them alive-city planning you know-if you don't reconcile budget-it'll get cut. And also, look up for me, or you, info as to Mexican immigration business successes in America as compared to other ethnicities (and for how long) instead of going with the political spin that is hitting your psyche now from the conservatives who want to lessen the topic of war-fear sells (i.e. ID theft protection companies, radon gas protectors)-by the way-how many percentage of the population on welfare compared to the whole are Mexican-and also-how many percentage of the population in the military compared to the whole are Mexican? .As to answer your question, ummmmmmmmm, what would happen? There would be Mexicans making more money by way of wages and they'd probably be too busy looking for another job to talk to you anyways. The amount of Mexicans on social welfare programs-i.e. state run insurance- would drop drastcially, because they would be made to feel ashamed they are contributing. It makes me laugh sometimes-like when everyone was whining about the Japanese "coming in and buying up property" in America-yeah-business property, that created jobs and stimulated our economy and tax flow from that ownership...LOL I remember when I lived in Washington State, and some lady from Oregon knew I was from Washington and shopping there for a larger, expensive item, so I wanted to save on the "no sales tax" that Oregon has to offer-and she started saying insulting things about people from Washington should shop there instead of benefitting from THEIR tax structure-what an idiot huh? Who's economy benefits? If I didn't shop there, she'd probably HAVE a sales tax! LOL That's how economics works-and also, that's how ignorance to economy works. Where there is a bad economic pocket, induce businesses to move there by offering them a tax-break incentive. There are lots of ways. I think that people who run for office rely on people like YOU to scare with their TV ads, for their vote, because they know you are too economicly moronic to understand it all. By the way, do you think it is un-American to buy a stock, then sell it to make a profit?, whenever I want? Or does my being there to help an American company by "being in the market" help regardless? Learn some economics and stop being a hypnotized sheep that repeats everything he hears like some IQ of zero Minah bird. Lisa bug, go sit on your couch, eat cheetos, then call someone on the cell phone your daddy bought you, and minah bird the bicycle thing to them a few times.

There should NOT be amnesty.

This is so plain stupid and idiotic.
The United States of America is turning into the town bicycle that everybody gets a ride on for free. Plain trashy. Plain bad.

Everyone will see the downfall of the great United States because of how anti-American it's own people is, and how much people don't care to fight the war on terror anymore, and also how we feel sorry for those less fortunate than ourselves (get over it! We fought and died and worked for what we have, they didn't!) and let them come in by the truck loads for free and illegally is gonna cost us our freedom, our first world country status, our education, health care, culture, everything!

We're turning into a dirty Mexico ll!!

The sad thing is that, if the government is stupid enough to grant amnesty to the illegals, we will have no way of knowing which immigrants played by the rules to come here legally, and how many of them snuck across our borders and stole our tax dollars for decades before being granted amnesty.

If you want to become a citizen, LEARN ENGLISH! I would never move to a foreign country and expect them to cater to my ignorance of their language. It's so insane, I can't believe that we do it.

If we grant them amnesty, then where will their value be? Not that I believe it, but supposedly, they do jobs Americans don't want to do, and for less money. If they become Americans, will they still be willing to be such second-class citizens? I'd bet not.

All illegals need to be rounded up and sent home. If they have an "anchor baby," the child can come back when they are 18 and can hold down a job and support themself. Until then, GO HOME!

I don't care if you come to the US, but do it legally. As for all the illegals that are here now, go home and go through the proper and legal channels to be here. US citizens pay everyday for those who cannot pay their own way in this country. We pay for medical bills, food assistance, schooling. And the citizens of the US are being left behind by our own government to fund and care for those who come here looking for a better life.
also, why should we learn Spanish when you are coming to our country??? We don't expect the German's the learn English just so we can go over there.
And when are we going to have a Norwegian Heritage Month. My forefathers came over to the US many many many years ago, I would like for the US to recognize my heritage too.

IF they acquire amnesty, then they would be legal citizens and should be treated with the same respect the rest of us expect. But, it is not very likely they will, for the Demorats don't stand a snow ball's chance in hell of winning the next election. IF the Demorats have their way, it would be immediate, with voting rights, so that the Demorats would have a bigger constituency.

With bitterness......We might as well give amnesty to all the rapists, and murders, and pedophiles then. Why should amnesty work for one group, but not the others?
