Try the Souper Soup Diet (a version of the Cabbage Soup Diet) at lillieross.com. You can sign up to receive the diet for free & they will also email you diet tips Tu-F each week. This diet really works...I have used it several times; especially when I wanted to lose fast. In fact, I’m on it now and have lost 12 lbs since last Monday.

or

Try the Fiber One Diet:
1 bowl of Fiber One cereal 3 x day (breakfast, lunch & dinner) with skim milk (I use fat free Lactaid)
1 tv dinner (400 calories or less) for dinner
Drink 64 ozs water (drink plenty water or the fiber will constipate you)
Exercise 30 minutes each day
Note: This diet keeps you very regular (bms)

Good luck & God bless you for wanting to make a difference for our country!

Your body is used to your exercise level. You need to mix it up a lilttle, calculate the number of calories you are eating, and how much exercise you are doing. Lower the calorie intake by 500 calories a day - eliminating the soda, extras like chips, cookies, etc. Up your cardio by 20 to 30 minutes per workout...... walk in place, use the stairs, treadmill, bike, etc.

I had the same problem, once I put more focus on taking the calorie intake down a bit (by eliminating extras) and getting more cardio I did see weight come off. When I added about 10 additional minutes of weight training a day I really saw some quick results.

You will probably hear about 2 week fasts, they are really popular, but, you will not feel that well for the 2 weeks and once you start eating again you will regain the weight. Not a good start for a new career.

you clearly need to exersize more... especially if you are trying for the marines... i used to weigh 235 and i started swiming and runing now i weigh 189 and i am still lozing about a pound a week... but you have to also think that while you are working out you are building muscle wich is denser than fat so you are also gaining weight... the more red muscle you have the more fat your body wants to put on to store energy... so you probably just hit a plateau and need to change your diet to include more carbs and less fat and start focusing on aerobics. running is cool but i like swimming the best... it is also really good to know how to swim well if you are wanting so join a branch of the navy ie marines... seals... etc... defineatly give it a shot... you will love the results... and it will help you be able to do more pullups as it exersizes the latissimus dorsi deltoids and upper back pluss chest and arms big time... and your legs too... it is probably the best way to get in shape for boot camp that i can think of.

Cut out all sugar and caffeine. Eat balanced meals that emphasis fiber and protein. You will lose weight. Cut your calories to about 1800 a day and don't over exercises. Work out should be like 45 minutes - so your body doesn't think it's in starvation mode and slow down the metabolism.

Quick and healthy weight loss. Eat every three hours. Cut out all white flours : bread, rice, etc. Try having just fruits , vegetables and 1 or 2 servings of lean meat, or fish daily and 2 or 3 glasses of skim milk daily. At least one hour of cardio a day, and gallons of water, no juice or soda. Good luck and thanks for being a hero in the army. We appreciate you and will pray for you.

this might sound gross but take laxatives. I joined the navy and was having trouble losing the 40 lbs that was required of me and my recruiter had me take laxatives, which you aren't suppossed to do but hey it worked
