Spying is uncool. Are you insecure or is the other person just not trustworthy? Either way, the entire quality of this relationship should be questioned by both of you. If there is no reason to mistrust the other person, he or she should have a clean slate and not have the burden of your past experiences on his or her back. However, if you have a legitimate reason to be suspiscious, why hang on? If there is no trust or honesty, there is no real relationship.

I'll be honest!
If you don't trust him/her enough to believe them to be faithful to you, you are either in the wrong relationship, or need to get some professional counseling help!!! Relationships grow from trust, not insecurity. You need to grow up emotionally before becoming involved in a relationship.

You don't. Either go with your instincts or take their word for it. If you already believe she is cheating on you then why would you want to confirm if she is or not? I ask this because, if you find out she's not, what's to stop you in the future from thinking about it again? My suggestion, dump her and move on or grow a set and trust her.

if you don't mind going on TV call up that TV show cheaters!!!!!! plus what do you really mean? you need to find out if your relationship with your significant other is the only one for that person????
plus if you don't have trust with that person, then there is really no point in being in a relationship with that person. you know what i mean

Spying often brings wrong results especially in our mad world of today and the full freedom of women but trust generates trust and more love. Try to trust your girlf and treat her tenderly and give her more care and do not be afraid she will not betray you.
