Because they are in a competitive society and feel some subconscious need to exert authority over those weaker than they are.
The violence always flows downhill. That's how the system works as long as you support it with your compliance and servitude. As long as you allow the system to use money to represent people's lives, then you are helping turn little girls into valueless entities that don't control any of the system.
As long as people are taught that the 'free' market is some grand scheme, we will be pitted against each other for the bottom of the value chain in the eyes of those who control the system and the money (usually the men with money or power in a patriarchal society).
If you want change, keep it in your pocket. Your dollar is your life and your vote, and the machines of Empire don't count the bodies, only the dollars.

Asking a question like this reeks of attitude. Including the command "Don't take attitude" in the question hardly disqualifies you from deserving any "attitude" from the people nice enough (or blind enough to not notice your undertones) to even reply at all.
Instead of answering it, here is why your questions is horrible, prejudiced, and stinks of hatred. Also, saying "not all" implies "most."
This is exactly the same as asking the following questions:
Why do Germans like to murder Jews? I know not all Germans are *Jew* murderers, so don't take an attidude with me.
Why do all Jews like have lots of money and secretly control hollywood? I know not *all* Jews are rich and in hollywood control, so don't take an attidude with me.
Why do all Black Folks live in the ghetto and smoke crack? I know not *all* Blacks smoke crack and live in the ghetto, so don't take an attitude with me.
Se what I'm getting at? If you hate men, you should seek counseling. Its no better then being a misogynist male. Your wording and attitude speak volumes. If you really wanted to know the answer, you'd have phrased it;
"What sort of chemical imbalance or environmental factors come into play that cause a person to both have the desire to rape young children, and even worse, follow through with it. I simply don't understand."
Your agenda with this question sucks. Sucks balls.

Rape is a power issue. Has very little to do with sex. Obviously those that prefer to rape young girls have an issue with power over children, and powerlessness over their own lives. They are sick, and they are incurable and should be put away for life.

They are a weak sort,to control a helpless child(boy/girl) and put fear in their hearts is their goal. They are a terribly sick bunch and there are too many of them in this world.. For everyone we catch and put away five more appear to do the same thing again,and again,and again.It is usually someone you trusted and felt safe with.

pedophiles are caused by pedophiles. since most kids who are abused by pedophiles never sexually abuse anyone - but often physically, verbally, and emotionally abuse their kids and spouses - being abused is not the sole cause. The abused child has to also be a sociopath - someone who suffered and came through it wanting to make others suffer like they did, rather than hoping no one ever suffers like that again... you know, like republicans want everyone to suffer....
Anyway, it's that or they're born that way or both. We're still teasing it out.
What a nightmare, wouldn't it be, to be born that way? The only honorable course would be living somewhere no children could ever go, with no access to consuming child porn, or to die.

Huh?? You might as well ask why Terrorists kill people. There are evil people in the World. Luckily there are vast numbers of good people who outnumber them. Your question makes it sound like men in general like to rape little girls, which is not the case.

It is simple they "those men" are sick and know it. The children in their mind won't tell on them. They unfortunatly always somehow get lumped in with gay and I have never figured that out. A gay man is not a pedifile. A straight sick man is.

It's because they're pieces of crap who can't control their own lives, get respect, etc. They think that by hurting little girls who can't defend themselves, they're be more powerful and manly. Hopefully they'll all get theirs in prison.
