Pop the memory card out of the camera and into an $8 card reader. The card reader comes with a USB cable to connect to your PC.

there is a little sliding door on the end. open it and push on the memory stick and it will pop out a little way. pull it out the rest of the way. some computers already have a card reader, if not read the other answers. you can use ms explorer or my compute to open the pictures. the computer will think the memory stick is a removeable disk or drive. the pictures will be in a directory.
you can cut, copy, and delete to make room for more pics.

The easiest way is to get a card reader. They are not expensive and you won't need the driver of your camera.
