No it doesn't. Those labels are for your protection, if it isn't in it the product it's not on the label.

My sister is very health conscious and Ovaltine is the only type of drink mix of its kind that she will give to her kids.I honestly don't think she would let her kids have it if it had caffeine in it. Hope that helps!

I've a friend who gets migraines from caffeine - can't eat chocolate, but Ovaltine is OK. So, no.

if it dosen't say anything about caffine on the label then it dosen't have it in there

if it's chocolate, yes it would have caffine, I can't tolerate caffine

I dunno...if it has chocolate in it, it might because chocolate contains caffiene.
