ok well here's the deal i think you should just be calm and go up to her and just talk for a while. I mean dont jump straight into the question slowly lead up to it and take your time. I have never liked it when guys just ask me out and expect an answer right away just give it some time and see what she has to say, and if she likes you then she will appreciate that you asked her because it takes stress off of her and she wont have to wonder who should make the first move and hopefully she will say yes!!!!

Well if you already know the chick and you think she digs you too, it's easier then having to break the ice....I would just ask her if she were interested in going to dinner sometime or something, and remember the worse that could happen is receving a "no" answer.

firstly u get to know her, and make her trust u ok...?
and the next time u take ur gang to the cinema, invite her!
then u sit beside her in the cinema & try to engage in a conversation (of course b4 the movie starts!!), u gotta be URSELF, dont try to sound funny 4 example, just be who u r, then the next step will be asking her out nicely & confidently with a nice gentle smile...ok man?! i dont think she'll say no :)

Ok i know that you are to scared to ask her out! I know what you mean. Ok so get to know her talk to her and make her feel comfortable around you. Then about a week later, ask her out. She'll definately want to date you. Just say this
" Hey, i just wanted to know if you would like to go out with me because i really like you!" She'll definately say yes.

like put a rose on her locker or car or seat or something when she gets the rose and looks around go up to her and tell her u did it and ask her out

be yourself dude! girls prefer to be approached nicely and very gentleman. Girls like it if you have the courage to ask her in front of friends, ask like "excuse me, may I interrupt you guys, i just want to ask so and so something if that's ok?, she either move a bit so nobody can hear or she can just say "just ask me here?" so just be ready to hear yes or no. Be gentleman.

if their is an upcoming event ask her if she wants too go hang out together. you don't have too ask her out on a date just go with the moment and take it from their. she might be a lot more relaxed with some thing like this and you might be to. then take it from their.

just ask. go out for coffee, drinks or dinner. these are all public places and tell her u want to get to know her. this will make her feel like u aren't just trying to get her into the sack . direct and honest and respectful. be yourself.
