Great question.
To answer your subject question.... No, I would not change. I would continue what I'm doing and that is reading God's Word daily, actually mediatating on what I'm reading and applying it in my life. I'm not justifing or trying to manipulate what God's Word says just to make my life appear to be more fulfilling to others of this world.
Also, knowing that we are living in the last days, (2 Tim. 3:1-5) I will obey Jesus' command recorded at Matt. 24:14 by preaching the good news of God's Kingdom to all nations until the end comes.
So, ....... No, I would not change my style of living or religion. Because I'm currently happy, strictly obeying God's Word despite opposition and persecution that I face day to day.
Enjoyed giving my opionion on the matter.

The Bible does not make any predictions about the generation that lives in 2006 . It made a prediction about "this generation" 1900 years ago, which didn't come true.
Most of Revelation is not prophecy at all. Most of it was an encoded message about events happening around 70 CE.

I have always lived knowing that there is no guarantee of life past the current moment. In this mode I don't worry about tomorrow and live each moment to the fullest. If I had to deny my basic beliefs in order to survive-thats all I would be doing---surviving not living. I know where I will be in the event of my death and although I wouldn't want to hasten my death I don't fear it either.

No, I already live as the Bible says to, and since the Bible is truth I would not need to change religions.

I don't need to change anything. I'm saved, a Christian, and I believe in Jesus as my Lord and Savior. Because of this I have the promise of life eternal as do all people who are saved. There is still time for anyone to accept the free gift of Salvation.

Will you give us the Biblical references and what your interpretation of them are that show that the world is "deep into the the time of the end"?

I would not have to change. But isn't that a pessimistic viewpoint to take? I believe change is coming for the Earth but why must it be viewed as bad?
