Of a good Mother, as a Father myself, I recognize some of that as well.
I see it in my Own mom, and my wife.
And of our Holy Mother when praying the Rosary more and more as I grow in faith and devotion.
May God Bless you! (thanks)

Reminds me of every GOOD mother I've ever known.
My mother, my grandmothers, my friends etc.
Thanks for sharing.
It reminds me of how important my duty as a mother really is and how much I love being a mother.

I try every day to make sure this poem describes me in the way I care for my son. Thank you for posting this...what a great reminder.

God, I hate poetry. I haven't bothered reading the thing -I mean, come on. It's going to be filled be flowery phrases and softy-softy tosh.
Poetry? Bah! Hang on - I've just read the last few lines - yep, just as I suspected - its codswallop. Oh dear God, I'm gonna hurl!
