Not the highest heavens because words can't describe them but the lower levels are much the same as here but without any negativity or decay.

Hell is a table, laid out with all of the most delicious foods imaginable. The people sitting at this table however have four foot long forks tied to their arms, so when they try to feed themselves they only fling food over their shoulders.
Heaven is that same table, except the people are reaching across to feed eachother.
