What an excellent question for the Dog section of Yahoo Answers!!

I can see that, in addition to being a wine lover, you are bold and brash and willing to look OUTSIDE the box. Personally, I never would have thought to ask a red wine calorie question in the pet section ... silly me.

I have spent a lot of time researching your question, and am delighted to report that I have found the answer you were looking for!!! Woo hooo! I am so very proud of myself.

Answer: Assuming that you consume your glass of red wine with a Mcdonalds Quarter Pounder with Cheese and large fries, your glass of red wine (and meal) has an impressive 1,139 calories!!!

Personally, I rarely eat red wine with my Mickey Ds ... but what do I know, I just hang out in the Yahoo Answers pet section.

I'm with the others ... how come a question about wine in the dog category? Does your dog like to drink wine?

Very few calories in red wine as it is good for you. It is not good for dogs as it is too sour and if they do have a lot they will be drunk.
