Ginger Root. It's a natural way to help calm the feeling like your going to lose your lunch. When I was pregnant with my son my doctor recommended it to me for morning sickness and I have used it since then for flights. Works wonders. He suggested it in the pure form, which is available at your local GNC, but you can also spend 1.99 at SafeWay and just drink ginger ale.
