Firstly, do NOT wash your hair daily. It takes the oils from it and this may be what makes it more frizzy. Use conditioner by apply it all over except about an inch away from the scalp so your roots do not become greasy. Also, hot oils tend to work well if used every few days instead of every day :)

I go to school at Paul Mitchell.
I choose that school cause of all the tons and tons of products I tried Paul Mitchell's were by far the best. My hair is like yours, naturally frizzy and I always have the little ends sticking up on top of my head. I personally love the Moisterizing shampoo and conditioner! It helps a ton. Your hair needs extra moisture so it doesn't go so frizzy.
But I also recommend using the Super Sculpt with Biosilk Cure. Biosilk is like the only product I've used that doesn't grease it down while making it shiny. It is fabulous! It's a Farouk Systems Silk Therapy product most people just call it Biosilk (even tho it's a whole line of products) so that's all you have to ask for when looking for it. These are professional products, so they are expensive, but work well. Like $15 per bottle. The Biosilk and Super Sculpt will last you forever tho. Totally worth every penny.
If you want to go the cheaper route, it will just take a while to find the right products, since they don't work as well. I also work at Sally Beauty, so may I recommend some things that are likely to work. Beyond Zone (like a mid-grade Bed Head) Straight Shot. It works essentially the same as the Super Sculpt (except it cannot be used to make hair curly or styled anything but straight, unlike the sculpt). Then you can try cocktailing (mixing) it with some the Ion shine glaze (not the name, but the description, can't remember the name) the oil free kind or the Generic Biosilk. These are all found at Sally's.
I don't guarentee them, but it is likely that they will work just as well. You always have a guarentee when you go pro cause if you don't like the product they'll exchange or refund it. And 9 times out of 10 people find the pro just makes a world of difference.
A couple other pointers for you.
*Use a deep conditioning or hot oil treatment like weekly/bi-weekly. Any brand will help so so so much. When you use them. Put a cap on and blow dry for a few minutes. Let it sit on your head the longer the better before rinsing.
*After towel drying clean hair, cocktail your products and test out the amount you use. Too much= greasy, not enough= frizz. Trial and error will help you know how much to use. Then...
*Let hair air dry just a little bit (if you have time) cause the more you blow dry, the more moisture is pulled from your hair. Don't let it dry totally, cause the heat will help keep the ends down and make it smoother. Use a paddle brush to help straighten so you don't use your straightener too much (a little bit of heat is good, a lot of heat is damaging if that makes sence).
*Flat Iron/straighten your hair when you are finished (preferably with a good flat iron, the ceramic kind is best) Don't over do it. You should only go over each section twice. Take smaller sections if this isn't the case. Over straightening tends to give you more flyaways. You are suppose to use a comb in front of the iron to insure you maintain consistancy.
*When finished take your Biosilk or glossing product and using a very sparing amount (important that you use a very very small amount) go over the flyaways, frizzies, and lightly over the outside layer of your hair. If you do it right it will not be greasy at all.
If you follow these tips I can guarentee you will have better success with your hair. If you have questions, need more details, anything at all, feel free to send me an email!!
Good Luck

Is your hair frizzy because it is dry? Try a moisturising shampoo and conditioner, if frizz serums are leaving your hair greasy you are probably putting too much on remember you can always add more product so always start using a small amount.

John Frieda Frizz Ease really does work, apply only 1 squirt to hair thats still pretty wet, NOT directly to roots though or you are asking for an oil slick!
Also apply a light amount of curl control gel from the same brand and style as normal. Invest in good quality straighteners like GHDs...worked for my sister :) Hope this helps!

I have hair like you and have the cheap Avon straighteners and sunsilk shampoo and conditioners IT DOESN'T WORK!!! I would try the new boots straighten in a box thing this is supposed to keep your hair straight and frizz free for up to 3 months!

The only ones I've found that actuallly work leave my hair looking like an oil slick.

They contain masses of silicone so I do get curls instead of frizz, but I can't go out as I look like I haven't washed for months. They're also a bugger to wash out.

My hairdresser sorts it out with her blow drying technique and it stays frizz free for days. I can't bloody do it though!

I use frizz-ease shampoo & conditioner, it leaves your hair sleek and shiny, without the grease.
Dont wash your hair daily as it destroys the natural oils and vitamins in your hair and thats why your hair is greasy and frizzy.
You could use wet 2 straight straightners as well, wash your hair with frizz-ease and then towel dry it, then straighten your hair, it does wonders for my hair.

You might want to get some leave-in conditioners. Also, using a hair straightener also seems to remove some frizz.

Avon straighteners are cheap and very good. Sunsilk is apprantly very good as it has differnet conditoners and shampoos for each hair types. Also to stop grease there is a great powder you can get to put on dry hair. OH and if you suffer from tanglers use AVON kids.
