Americans tend to have poor spelling, but average grammar.

The British are noticable by 'strange', but consistant, spelling such as "-our (instead of -or, as in colour, flavour), "-ise (instead of -ize... no examples come to mind... colourise?)"

Many Latin-alphabet non-English countries [Western Europe, Southern Africa] have excellent spelling, but occasionally misplaced grammar (such as a verb before a noun without an interrogative or a preposition). Often, their English is on par with at least early high-school Americans or early middle school British.

Many non-Latin alphabet, non-English countries have somewhat poor spelling, and poor grammar (usually constructing sentences without the 'little words' like prepositions and conjunctions [aka 'at', 'and', and 'the'], and with piecemealed syntax).

Most Americans without a good sense of English fail to use capitals, punctuation, proper paragraph structure, and use run-on sentences like they're going out of style.

Most newbies to computers tend to use all-caps (TYPING LIKE THIS) or no-caps.

...As to "really bad typers"... no, offense, but you're calling the kettle black. Your typing skills are also lacking quite a bit.

The countries at the bottom is countries that have their own answers section. (Go have a look at the non-English speaking countries and you'll clearly see the difference.) There are many of us that don't have our own section that are directed here. (where ever here is, US perhaps?)

It's true that some of us don't know proper English but I've also been told that many of us type better English than many English speakers.
