Over the summer my mom tried getting a divorce from my step-dad... it didn;t work, he refused to sign the papers and so my mom just gave up. This past weekend though i went over to my friends house only to come home and find my stepdads truck setting in my drive way. They say their just friends...help?

Nothing you can do about it. They are adults and have their own adgenda. Telling them they are stupid or whatever won't work. Sorry.

Are you opposed in them being together?Well go to this site@www.Prairiestatelegalservices.com.There are counselors on this site who can advise your mom on how to begin,and end the process(free divorce).Last,you are not obligated to pay any fees for their services.

Do you not like your step dad? If not you need to tell your mom how you feel. If you do, then I don't see the problem.

Unfortunatley... there isnt anything you can do. It is their personal business whether or not they see one another. You can talk to your mom and tell her how you feel.. but if she says they are going to stay friends.. then its just something you will have to deal with.
