i have to take 7 pills a day for a serious medical thing but its really hard swallowing them it took like 4 hours for me to get them down-any suggestions to make it go down easier or tricks like putting it in bread?

With a large spoonful of pudding. Buy the canned pudding that you can put the lid back onto and store in the frig. I have a friend that has the same problem...hard for me to understand as I just put the pills in my mouth and swallow with water...but she's had this problem all her life. She does the pudding thing...My guess is yogurt would work too.

well.. if it's that hard to swallow, then ask your doctor if there is a liquid replacement for them, so instead of taking pills, you would take liquid medicines.

crush them (yuck) take them with apple sauce or oatmeal...thats what i did for the first time taking pills. it was tough but now i am used to it. or see if your doctor can give you liquids instead.
