Infection. Yours and the spread to others. No mystery, no question.

What remains is the controversy about antbacterial soap. The latest research shows that thorough washing of hands in ANY good soap does just as good a job of cleaning off germs as any antibacerial soap.

It's the CLEANING of hands that does it. All the antibacterial soap in the world will do no good, the moment you turn the doorknob to open the bathroom door.

Wash after every bathroom visit, before and AFTER preparing and eating food. Wash DURING the preparation of food. Wash carefully anytime you handle ANY pets or pet supplies.

And that's just basic hand washing hygiene. I have not EVEN mentioned the benefits of regular bathing and dental hygiene, or good hygiene practices for house cleaning.

It's germs, and the spread of germs that hygiene limits.

if you don't wash your hands after going to the bathroom, you will spread germs and get people sick, and even get yourself sick...especially if you have diarrhea. wash you hands with anti-bacterial soap EVERY time you go to the bathroom for 20-30 seconds, dry hands with paper towels and turn the water faucet off with the paper towel so your hands don't come in contact with the germs that were on your hands that are now on the faucet.
