Water takes no digestion. Milk has to digest before it gets absorbed. Water is one of the only substances that travels through the lining of the stomach into the body instantly. Therefore hydrates faster. Water is by far better than milk. The human body is not meant to have milk after a certain age. Nature has put calcium in other things; veggies, such as kale and other leafy veggies. There are types of meat that are high in calcium. Fish, and poultry.

Water, hands down. You can survive w/o milk but you can't w/o water. On top of that a lot of people can't tolerate milk, myself included. I'm lactose intolerant and do just fine w/o milk.

Homogenized milk causes scarring of the arteries which allows cholesterol build up - leading to circulation problems, etc. Only drink raw milk ... straight from the farm. Water, provided it's pure and not the chemically laden stuff from the faucet is good too :) God bless ~Nise

You need some milk, but i think water is better. All you cells benefit from it almost immediately while milk has be digested.

They are both good for you if that is what you meant. Milk helps to strengthen your bones and water helps to keep you hydrated. If you want to know which I prefer it would have to be water, milk make mucus and I have enough allergies as it is. I don't need to have snot running out of my nose constantly.

If you are under 21, milk is better for your growing body. Over 21, water is better because you don't need any more fat in your body.
