people say its easy to lose weight "just watch what you eat and excercise more and you'll lose weight" is often heard.

I've watch every kebab i've scoffed on the way home from the pub and havent lost a pound.

If i allow a period of watching my food before eating, what can i do while waiting? i was going to try vegetable samosas

If you only eat the broken cookie pieces & not the actual cookie itself, does that count?
Will a Diet Coke cancel out the calories in the chocolate cake?
No calories count if the food item is eaten standing directly over the kitchen sink.

no a well balanced diet is "watching" and moderating the fun foods that make you big as a house is "watching"

www.mypyramid.gov there's a plan there with pictures for the witless to help guide them to a healthier and not so FAT you...

exercise, eating right.. moderate the fat crap and hydrate properly will do the trick.

watching what you eat won't do it as in staring into that hauntingly beautiful heshey's with almond hamburger sammich piled to the ceiling with greasy onions, cheese, peanut butter, crayons and elmers glue...and all those goopy 'secret' sauces... (from where they don't tell you what the secret is because it's really gross) ain't going to do it.

Don't let the health nazis get you down
I find that the saliva I produce is non calorific and if drunk in sufficient quantities aids digestion too.
Lets hear it for saturated fat

I DON'T KNOW... PEOPLE HAVE OFTEN TOLD ME TO GO ON THE SEAFOOD DIET... I ALWAYS SEE FOOD BEFORE I EAT IT AND I STILL HAVE NOT LOST ANY.
