Well, the first place you should look is the Ohio state tax web site.
And I've provided that for you. If you go to their e-file services you will see how to pay be credit card.
And to the first answerer. Most states allow credit card payment of state taxes and have for a while. Duh

Just remember, that Ohio will not pay the processing fee that the credit card companies charge. It will be added to your taxes. It can run between 3.5% - 5%.

I doubt you are allowed to pay by credit card.
