Are you a man or a woman? If you are a man, then call her. If you are a woman, you should have given him your number so that he could call you. Calling a man first or too often (or the night after the first date/sexual experience) is just bad business. It's his job to pursue you. Technically since he came to your job (assuming you are a woman) he pursued you, so maybe you can call him- - but don't talk to long. Hopefully you'll get his voicemail in which case you can simply state your name and number and say you were calling to say hi. That way the ball is in his court. However, if you call him I would not call the same or next night. Wait a few days, at least 3, you don't want to seem overly-anxious (both male and female apply here). Calling the first night says "I'm desperate and I have no life", three days says "I have a life but I'm interested in seeing if you fit in it", and more than a week says "I really am not that interested I just happen to be bored at the moment".
That's my two cents. Good luck.

If I was really interested in that person I would call right away to let them know that. I feel you should be honest and up front right from the start. Sometimes people think you are too interested and may wonder why? But that is just the way I am and it seems to work well for me! So I guess what I am saying is go with your heart.

You shouldn't wait. That person might be gone in a flash. People play too many waiting games all the time. Now, or never. Maybe, this person is after many people seeing how calls first.

Sounds like they're anxious about you calling... you might miss out on something good if you make the person wait too long... then again, if the person is too over-anxious, they might be the kind of person who is too pushy.
Call whenever you feel that you're ready to deal with whatever is on the other end.

I guess it depends on the typeof relationship you wnat to have.
If you are looking for games, dishonesty etc then wait.
If you are mature, follow your instincts and call the person.
"Rules' around dating are this: Give what you would like in return.
The natrual law of attraction says that you attract what you put out there.
My sugesstion. Make the call. Life is too short... Now MOVE!

Well it depends on the situation in which the two of you met and how long ago and stuff like that.
You don't want to seem too desperate but at the same time don't want to seem like you don't care either.

I would call the next night. You don't want to look lifeless. And they will spend that night wondering if you will call so when you do it will be even better for them.
