I have an attachment for my pastamaker but I can't seem to get it to work right.I think my filling is too wet but I follow the instructions.I use the frozen spinach and try my best to squeeze out all the water but when I roll it through it gets mushy and falls apart.Please someone give me some advice.

When my italian mom makes any pasta with spinach, she squeezes the spinach and then she surrounds it with several paper towels or with a clean, dry dish towel and squeezes it again. This helps a lot. It still has water inside, even when you get it as dry as possible on the outside of the chopped leaves.

Also, when I make ravioli I'm always tempted to put too much filling in. Start with a tiny amount, and add a bit till you get the right quantity.
