The only dSLR where you can preview the picture you are about to take, on the LCD is the Evolt E-330. There isn't much point to being able to swivel the LCD without that function, so no.

However, the Sony DSC-R1 is a 10 megapixel fixed lens that many people get as an alternative to a dSLR. Being a fixed lens digital, you can preview your shot on the LCD and this particular LCD swivels quite nicely.

An Olympus 5050z 5 meg camera had a tilt LCD. I still have mine. It is a wonderful little camera that can produce fantastic images if you work with it a little. Olympus had another one but i can't remember the model. You might check their site to see is they have a compare chart.
