Unless it's a Mom & Pop owned grocery store, most stores have their own websites now with printabkle food ads. Some even have a home delivery service where you can shop online and they have someone bring the stuff to your house.

We subscribe to our local paper. The food specials come out on Tuesdays here. We can plan our shopping according to which store has the best deals.

A lot of grocery chains and shops are making thier coupons available for printing online! Try it and see if the ones you love are doing the same, or try manufacturers coupons.
