I think he is Gay?

I still do not know if he is Gay?
I still cannot tell if he is Gay? I will tell you where I am at. I am at school. I have seen so many Boys play the odd Gay joke (touch a lad, make jibes etc) once or so. This Boy I really like is very touchy feely. He does it on a daily basis. He actually cuddles other boys. They are 110% straight and yet they let him do it? Is this some social skill I miss? Do they just think he is being funny or are they too intimidated to challenge him? All tips on Body language would be great. He goes to kiss other lads on the cheek. He does this in a very, very humourous manner and in a crowd. They laugh but to me it still seems strange that a straight boy would do such things? Some people on here have said that he is just very touch feely. Can you really be that provocative and be straight? He is also very good lucking and too my knowledge hardly socialies with any Girls. I socialise with lots of girls though. How can I be sure he is Gay without risking people finding out about me?

Very honest question to ask..

You don't say how old you are though, the reason this is relevant is that many kids when growing up do often fool around with other boys "experimentation" is an oft-used word to describe it..

However, if you are around 15 or older then I would say there is a fair chance that this lad is gay. Why not actually ask him? You don't have to come out to ask a question like this, if the answer is what you want to hear then by all means tell him about yourself. If it's not, well your secret will still be safe.

So what if he is? I am not gay but have a couple of gay friends
and we respect each other‘s preferences. By the long description
you give above one could understand that you may be interested.
I am not blaming nor accusing you nor your friend, but from what
you mention I sense that you have the freedom to out rightly ask
him, so why go around in circles when you are the only one that
can really find out. If it bothers you, stay clear, if not, be his friend
and respect each other whatever the preferences may be. There
is a saying that warns "that a little knowledge is a dangerous thing,
or, that it paves the way to hell". Also you should know that
curiosity is halfway to knowledge.

well you can look at this from many angles, but the best advice I can give you is as we all would like it to be in a perfect world is to be real and up front, but that doesn't always work in this crazy world we live in. I say watch and see if he checks out girls in short skirts or too tight shirts (you know the kind I am talking about, the kind that always makes the girls boobs look bigger then what they are) if he does that without looking in discussed or talking bad about them then the man is not gay j

Boys these days will do anything for a laugh. This guy at my school does the same things but he his seriously not gay. This guy could just be in touch with his "female" side of him or he could just be trying to be stupid.

Don't assume anything.

Don't start gossiping about him and starting rumours.

Try and talk to him if you like him, find out if he likes you back.

There may be a chance that if he doesn't like you he isn't gay!!! In other words don't be bitchy and start rumours if you don't get it on with him.

He sounds very confident with himself and his body. Also sounds a lot of fun, could be a good boyfriend if you play your cards right.

Again, don't assume or make up anything. Just find out as directly as you can.

I don't think he's gay. My gay friend is very reserved and doesnt act that way around other men in fear of being discovered for what he is. I mean, if you were gay would you go around flaunting it in a school full of vicious teenagers?

this is how you handle this situation, try different things with him that men and women do as far as the conversation and word you sentences in codes so that only you can understand if he is giving the answers your looking for. if he seems to catch onto what you are trying to do and he not get mad sorry to tell you he is GAY!!!!!!!
