You Will find the task of loosing weight a quite difficult one for many reason, the first will be now a day we tend if not to over eat, to over intake calories. Most diets dint work because they tend to deprive us of one of the most enjoyable thing in our all ready difficult and ethic life: food.

The best way for me to loose way is to take a look at your life stile and how active you are and adjust the quantity of food you eat accordingly. Bear in mind that a man needs around 2000cal a day a woman slightly less. 1 gram of protein is 4cal, 1 gram of carbohydrates is also 4 cal, and 1 gram of fat of any kind is 9 cal.

A great book i can suggest to you is Body For Life by B. Philips I tried and it works. It'll teach you a training regime and a healthy eating habit, that you can adapt to your needs once you got a grasp of few basic principles. Give it a try you wont regret it.

This diet really works...I have used it several times; especially when I wanted to lose fast. In fact, I’m on it now and have lost 12 lbs since last Monday.

1 bowl of Fiber One cereal 3xday (breakfast, lunch & dinner) with skim milk (I use fat free Lactaid)
1 tv dinner (400 calories or less) for dinner
Drink 64 ozs water (drink plenty water or the fiber will constipate you)

First of all NATURALLY!!! just do pleanty of exercise not too much just as much as you can take dont eat too much junk and drink pleanty of water. This is the way i am losing weight i was nearing 19 stone and have lost over 9 pounds in a week which shows that it can work if you put your mind to it!!

Change your habits. Cycle to work, snack on apples not chocolate, drink water not coke. Don't crash diet and join a gym - you'll burn out. The best way to stay healthy is to change your habits for good, which means small changes that last. If possible find a friend and work with them - you're much more likely to manage the lifestyle if you've got that support. Good luck!

Stop eating food for 3 days. It worked for me but you must drink water all the time! Squirt some strog flavour into the water and it will kepp you up and running.

Trust me diets dont work! I tried about 16 of them and why did I only loose weight form not eating?

Because thats the only way you can loose wieght!

Dieting is a very slow process of loosing wieght! You'll only drop 2 stone if you diet for a whole year and a half!

try to contract a touch of food poisoning preferably salmonella,very painful but extremely effective the weight will fly off,even a thin person will lose about two stone in a week

Watch what you eat - and how much. Exercise regularly.

Don't give in to most diet fads. Most of them will do more damage than good. (The only exception is Weightwatchers. I actually know people that have had some success by using it.)

By eating healthy foods & cutting out the fat ! Its the only way.

All fad diets work whilst on them but you soon put the weight back on when you stop.

Don't eat and do a shite load of exercise!

Actually a good way is to wake up early and exercise before breakfast - you can burn many calories this way.
