I been excercising for an hour on the treadmill at 3.7 this week, I weight 160 5'7 I been eating low caloric foods, i fill up on mostly fruits and veggies, lean pockets and water. in the morning i like to have whole wheat toast with jam....

well any suggestions for lower calories? I dont have a stove, im not much a salad eater....
