I been excercising for an hour on the treadmill at 3.7 this week, I weight 160 5'7 I been eating low caloric foods, i fill up on mostly fruits and veggies, lean pockets and water. in the morning i like to have whole wheat toast with jam....

well any suggestions for lower calories? I dont have a stove, im not much a salad eater....

Lean pockets aren't low in calories don't be fooled by the word LEAN. Try changing your routine. Are body's get stuck when they get use to the same workouts and food.

Remember that you didn't gain all the weight in 2-3 weeks, so don't epxect to drop it that quickly. Figure a minimum of 3 months of sticking to a fitnes plan before you see major results. A pound a week is generally the idea, but you won't really notice any weight loss until you drop 5 pounds or so.
