Looking at what you wrote, I'm guessing you might be talking about an Arabic name? If so, it might help to put an apostrophe in there: "wa'el" to show that it would be two syllables. If it's not an Arabic name, I have no other ideas. Hope this helps.

Is it Arabic? I've got a friend has a similar name and I call him "wa e".
