PG tips is the Best English Breakfast Tea out there for the price.
http://www.pgmoment.com/teas/

The best tea is loose leaf tea from the tips hands down. One month I had a tea tasting session from various sources.

For the money, PG tips offers the best tasting cup of English breakfast tea with a bold fruity flavor. The tips are long and not broken like other teas. I use it to make ice tea during the summer.

You can get this tea at Whole Foods stores. I have tried over 21 brands of English Breakfast tea from Harrods, Boston Tea, Stash, Bigelow, Twinings, Luzianne, Tazo, Upton Tea, Tetley, Celestial Seasonings, Gevalia, Tassimo, FairTrade, Adiago, Teany Tea, New World Tea, Peet's Tea, Stash, Republic and the classic Lipton tea.
My second choice would be Harrod's tea. I picked this tea up from Harrod's in London.

Recently I have been enjoying some Oolong I bought in Kuala Lumpur. I think the Russian Caravan tea I got in Cains is probably my favourite at the moment.
Probably the best tea I have ever had was in a very fine tea room in Prague. When I go on holiday I always try to get unusual teas as a souvenier.

I bought the best green tea ever in a Vietnamese restaurant called Cristal #1, in Montreal, Canada, Qc.
They import it straight from China and it has some kind of flower in it which gives it a bit of a sweet taste. It was 4$ for a rather big bag considering you don't need much for each cup!

If you are close to there I most definately reccomend it!
