Not always!

I was placed on life support due to viral pneumonia for thirteen days. I was declared clinically dead three times during that period.

I never saw a calm or a shining, white light.

Instead, I saw myself perched high above what seemed to be a train station lobby in Chicago, Illinois (my hometown).

Another "vibration" that I experienced was all black with maroon wavy lines running through it.

Maybe the ones "who see Hell" have their pampers scared off of them so much that they change their ways and never speak of that terror again.

Maybe those that see Hell do not live to tell about such experiences ...

It's too horrible to remember. As a matter of fact, my aunt 'died' a couple of years before she really died, and did indeed experience Hell. She told many family members about her experience, including me. About three months later I saw her again, and wanted to ask some follow up questions about it, but she had no memory of it at all. While she remembered, she was very interested in all things religious. By the time she forgot, she was back to her usual self.

Scary. Especially since she is now dead 'for real'.

Because hell exist only as an state of mind , not a real place
where people are tortured for eternity. I am a human and with all the failures that being human conveys, I would not condemn even my worst enemy to eternal pain and anguish much less a loving G D. Punishment comes from the desire to take revenge
and revenge is evil.

I believe that those do see Hell don't discuss it because they either have no conscience and are going to keep doing what they were doing or try to change things for themselves. I'm sure I wouldn't be very proud to know I've done enough wrong to warrant going to Hell, let alone want to talk about it. Also, God says He is all forgiving and I think you would have had to do something very awful to be condemned to Hell. (9-11 Terrorists, for instance)

The Bible says that Jesus was in hell but the Bible defines hell as a place of death or non-existance. Funny, that some Churches have given it a totally different definition!!

I have a book called "23 Minutes in Hell" by Bill Wiese, and he claims his near death experience landed him in hell.

I couldn't quote the whole testimony here in a few words (you can read it yourself if you want to (My Descent Into Death,by Rev. Howard Storm; Doubleday) Rev Storm recites his negative Near Death experience. So it's not all cookies and cream is it now... Jim

I've read about a murderer who saw angels and a nun who saw hell. This suggests that people must face their fears when they die, and that the visions they are seeing are just illusions blocking them from seeing what is really there.
