All depends on what you are looking for in a true Christian? The question is a hard one to ask and even harder to answer truthfully.
I consider myself a faithful believer in Jesus Christ. I don't ask what would Jesus do but what did Jesus do and that is the model I try very hard to follow. Not an easy job, I fall short but still it is the way I choose to live my life. I am a long haired father of 3 Christian biker. I am hardcore to the cause of Christ and living by faith. I am not a cookie cutter Christian.
I firmly believe that we live as Jesus lived, love like Jesus loved and we reach out to others as exampled by Christ. I believe that the only way that anyone is ever going to truly see Jesus is by letting them see Jesus living it me. Faithfully learning and living the example of Christ. Not in judgment of others but by being who I am, as I am for all to see. It is not perfection but faithfulness. Living the calling and not being a sounding board.
If this is what you mean then there are a few still out here.

What is your definition of a "true" Christian?
There are many out there that may call themselves Christians but dont beliee the same way you do.
