I think giving him little hints is the best idea. Smile at him a lot, ask how his day is going, let him know you are happy to see him... small things like that will give him the courage to make a move.

gurl jus go ahead and make it!!!! tell him wuts da deal! Let him know, it'll be the best thing you could eva do. And if things turn out not to work out for the best, well then you now know, that there's no chance and u can move on, it should be easy for u to make a moce if u know he likes u, jus do it!!

Dude, let him make the move. And if you really want to do it, find a opportunity to sneak a kiss on his cheek, he'll get the idea.

just walk up and give him a big kiss on the cheek and turn around and walk away...that will break some of the akwardness and the shyness
