I am not familiar with that term and have several good books on candymaking. (I've actually used one or two of them.)

Are you spelling the word how it sounds or is that the actual spelling? Is that a brand name?

What type of candy making are you referring to? hard? chocolate? ...?

Do you mean fondant? That wold be like a sheet of marshmallow. The kind they use on the outside of cakes that makes them look like they have Palster of Paris on them. Look on baking websites. Try pastrychefcentral.com
