Which exercise will helpful to increase my height ?

Pilates is said to help with your posture....and some people have said that it has helped them get taller.

Well if you're still growing, good nutrution might help. Other than that you can make sure you maintain a good fitness level and posture to maximize what you've naturally been given.

Take it from somone who is well over 6 foot with back problems, being tall isn't necessarily the best place to be anyway. I'd probably be a whole lot better off at least half a foot shorter. Plus... those clothes racks and shoe displays are always full of clothes and shoes that only fit the medium size guys.

did you know that height is associated with genes ? take a good look at your mom and dad, how tall are they ? height is also linked with various food that you consume daily, food that makes you go taller and not sideways.. ok i am kidding about the food that makes you go taller,

actually 3rd generations asians now as i've notice are taller than the older generation, this is due to the fact that they are getting better quality in food.

and there is a belief that playing basketball can help you grow taller ? i dont think so, so sit back and relax, eat decent food and watch your height grow its natural way.

NO EXERCISE WILL INCREASE YOUR HEIGHT.

I just can't believe how many people post this every day. There is no way to get taller! Don't you think if it were possible, that it would be BIG news??? There would be no more short people in the entire world.
