Be sparing with the shampoo. You don't need a head full of suds like the commercials.
Use a little in your palm, add it to the roots of your hair only.
Rub it in GENTLY with your fingertips.
Don't bring all your hair up into a ball on your head if its long.
The ends usually don't need a lot of cleaning and when you rinse the soap will clean them.
Don't use too hot water, it dries the hair out. Make the water tepid. Sort of skin temperature.
Use a good leave in conditioner and use your fingers to gently comb out the tangles. Aveda Light Elements Finishing Solution is a good one.
Don't brush or comb it too hard. Your hair is fragile now and combing or brushing too hard is bad for it.
Unless your hair is really oily, and you are sweating alot, don't wash it every day. Every two to three or even 4 days might be good enough.

A hot oil treatment once a month does wonders, and if you have a problem with frizz use frizzies, or some other kind of anti frizz serum. If you want the curls to stay in place and look natural throughout the day then use citri shine scrunching gel. It worked really good for me. When your hair is still wet you can put in some of pantene pro-v leave in conditioner for hydrating curls, this also works wonderfully for me. Oh, and also since you have very dry hair you should try washing it every other day, and conditioning it every day. Hope this helps.

Believe it or not mayonaise works wonders! Just apply a bunch and let it marinade for about 10 min. Also what works real well is olive oil. Use it like a conditioner, however a little goes a long way. Wow, its a miracle that you probably already have at home. Just be careful in the shower with the olive oil because it can get slipperty. These are both miracle workers.

Dove stepped forward Care treatment shampoo and conditioner or Redken All mushy shampoo and conditioner. do not use Pantene, organic Esences, or Nuetrogena, they have alot of alcohols which only harm your hair even better. So verify products substances earlier you purchase them. attempt to reduce blowdrying, straightenning, curling, etc.. enable your hair air dry as regularly as you could and do not towel dry it. also do not brush or comb your hair at the same time as it really is moist, it damages it because hair is its weakest at the same time as moist. once you wash your hair (which must be a minimum of another day) rinse your hair in chilly water proper earlier you get out of the bathe to characteristic shine and mushy and close the hair shaft. Use a good deep conditioner once a week truly of your accepted conditioner, I recommend Aussie moist Deeeeep 3 Minute Miracle Moisture therapy.
