As per Scoville units... this does NOT include extracts, like "Blair's 16 million" - I'm looking for just sauces. Every time I do a search for this, the results keep coming up with extracts. The hottest actual hot sauce I've been able to find is Blair's Mega Death, at 550,000 scoville units, and a few rated at 600,000 units, but there has to be something hotter out there... maybe around 1 million scoville units? or is this impossible for a sauce?

And Dave's Total Insanity is only like 50,000 scoville units (they measure how hot sauces are). I already have Blair's mega death, which is 550,000 lol about 10 times hotter than that. That guy might have dropped dead if he tried this.
And I said sauces not extracts!!!

I don't know anything about Scoville units except they measure the heat of chili. My boy friend was a Mayan from the Yucatan and he made this hot sauce that was so hot I could not breath and thought that I was going to die. I really love hot foods. Having lived in different parts of Mexico I can make some chili, but nothing prepared me for this. He blended habaneros. onions,lime or lemon juice, and some cilantro. then strained it. That was some of the hottest sh#t that Iv'e ever eaten and have no intention of eating it again.

Tobasco habanero!!! all warmth no style the final warm sauce is eithe lousiana style or crystal style now that i think of roughly it, I do bear in strategies observing a television application that became finding out warm sauces and Da Bomb became indexed in the hi tens of millions to i've got faith one billion scoville gadgets. it is a few warm SHlT!!!

i think thats impossible to have something that hot...but the hottest hot sauce in asia is a type of food that is covered in a certain sauce. The food is called Winter Kimchi...look that up and see what u can find.... good luck!
