Who said so? I am Christian, but I know that the best religion is the one that you practice, no matter which one. The important thing is that you follow it's teachings and precepts. You cannot say that a primitive man was not saved because he had a stone idol and he didn't know about Christianism, Judaism or Islamism.. The leader of your Church might not be saved because of his wrongdoings while you might be saved because you did the right things.

In ALL the Worlds Belief Systems Man seeks to Appease Offended God through Works, with no sure hope of Eternal Life.
In Christianity Offended God takes the Form of Offending Man in order to reach down to Offending Man, and bring him back into Fellowship with Offended God, and provide for him Eternal Life through His Son Jesus Christ !

For the same reason that muslims, jews, and all other religions think they're better than christianity. It just makes more sense to them.

All those scriptures seem to say that God doesn't judge religions, he judges people. So the answer depends on whether an individual is acting 'better' in god's sight, not what their religion says.
