Remove it from your start up applications.
Under Start click on RUN. Type in "msconfig". The last tab at the top is your start up items. (DO NOT MESS WITH THE OTHER TABS).
Deselect the Jukebox program and it won't start again. Reboot and VOILA!

Take it out of your system tray.
When your computer starts, go to Windows Explorer, and then find Windows - StartUp. Remove the Yahoo! Jukebox from the StartUp folder.

I'm pretty sure if you go into its options (look around) there will be some checkbox about starting the program up at startup.
