You didn't mention if she knows that you and he are brothers, I take it she does. Girls play mind games too. You should tell your brother, he will be with you forever for sure. She may be only a fling. Which means the most, his unconditional love or her cyber flirts. The reason I say to tell him is that you two may not be the only ones and it could be someone you all know doing a prank anyway. Their are to many "IFS" when you speak with someone on the internet.
