we need to replace failed medintech tandem due to moisture caused failure. the slab has been treated with Creteseal, the cracks chased and filled with ardex and replaced the floorcovering 5 yrs ago.
The cracks are opening allowing moisture to collect under the vinyl.

Check out Tuffco and Stonhard websites. They make epoxy floor toppings used in a lot of sanitary operations. Product is expensive and nothing last forever. But it is a good sanitary surface.
